About Jayson
I qualified as a solicitor following a long career in employment & industrial relations and have since 2015 focused on conveyancing/ property matters, first as a Paralegal and now as a 7 years PQE solicitor.
Since qualifying I have undertaken a whole spectrum of conveyancing matters relating to residential, commercial and land transaction, ranging from freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownerships, transfers of equity, the granting & assigning of leases (residential & commercial), probate property sales and purchases, sharia mortgages and dealing with first registrations & problematic property titles (including Adverse Possession) and issues arising from them.
I am also a sessional lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University, where I lecture currently in Criminology and have also lectured and lead modules in Criminology and Law at undergraduate and post degree level. From which I attained an FHEA qualification in teaching.
Away from work I am a company pension trustee, level 2 football coach, hold a 2nd Dan black belt in Judo and am a qualified martial arts instructor and have recently become a judge for the National Speed Mooting Competition.
